Your form builder is a single html file that you can download to your pc and use to design, build, publish, share and use your own web forms without the need for a server. All you need is 1 html file and it is available here on this page for free (although if you want to leave a small donation then that would be fine too).
How does it work? You download a single html file from this site. That file contains all of the code you need to design and publish web forms. The file also contains code so it is able to re-save itself and make copies of itself on your pc. Using these techniques it allows you to create webforms via an easy to use point and click/drag and drop interface and then save them in a format so that you can send them to other people and they can fill them in. All without the need for any web servers.
Why would I use this?In most organisations there is need for forms. Many organisation create and use forms in various ways. Some organisations use adobe pdf, which is multi-os and highly portable but does not allow end-users to actually fill the forms in. Some organisations use MS word (or other word processor format) which allows the user to fill in the form, but validations is difficult, it costs money and the user can adjust formatting. Other organisations use server based web form technologies such as IBM Domino, Cold fusion, PHP , .net etc. These technologies are very good but require servers and specialist staff to build and maintain these systems.
Using yourformbuilder you can easily design self validating web forms that users can fill-in electronically, but you do not need to investment in server technologies to use it. And as the design interface is so simple you do not require specialist skills to use it.
Oh... and it is completely free!!... and it all runs in a browser that is also free !!
What does it look like?Below is two sample screen shots so you can get a feel for what it is like. Although you could just download it and see for yourself.

Also note:If you are using Internet Explorer and you are receiving the activex notice dialog when you save or publish a form then you must select "Yes" or the file will not save.
